About the waitlist
Groovedesk is operated by 9516-8555 Québec Inc. (Mega Labs Industries), 1619 William, Suite 201A, Montreal, QC H3J 1R1, Canada. This website introduces the product and lets music teams register interest in early access.
You must be at least 18 years old to join. Submit accurate information for yourself or a company you are authorized to represent. Joining does not create an app account, subscription, payment method or running trial. Access is not immediate, and a place on the list does not guarantee an invitation date.
We can decline or remove a signup that appears inaccurate, automated or abusive.
Early-access trial
Members who join the waitlist before launch are offered a 30-day free trial when Groovedesk opens to them. The standard trial for ordinary public signups after launch is 14 days.
Your trial begins when you activate your company workspace — not when you join the waitlist, and not when you receive an invitation. Time spent waiting does not use up trial days. Payment details are collected when a workspace is activated, not when you join the waitlist, and only from the person who activates it. If you join a workspace someone else has set up, you are not asked for a card.
The trial and any referral extensions are governed by the Groovedesk application terms in effect when you activate your workspace. We can change or withdraw this offer before you activate, and will email waitlist members if we do.
Referral rules
Each qualifying referral adds 14 days to your trial. You can earn up to three, for a maximum of 42 extra days. An eligible waitlist member who earns all three reaches 72 trial days in total.
A referral qualifies when the person you invited joins the waitlist through your link and then creates a Groovedesk account with the same email address, whether or not you have created yours yet. Their joining the waitlist is not enough, and sending an invitation or copying your link does not earn anything on its own. Extensions are recorded when earned and applied when you activate your workspace.
People joining the same company or workspace can count. Self-referrals, duplicate signups, addresses you control and disposable addresses do not. Shared domains or networks can require review; they do not automatically disqualify genuine teams.
Share your link with people who want to hear from you. Do not send spam or make misleading claims. We can withhold, reduce or cancel extensions obtained through inaccurate, automated or abusive signups, and we can change or end the referral offer at any time. Ending the offer does not remove extensions already earned.
Referral links stop counting new waitlist signups on November 4, 2026. For a referral to earn an extension, the person you invited must have joined through your link before November 4, 2026 and must create their Groovedesk account before January 1, 2027. Both deadlines fall at the start of the day, Eastern time. Extensions already earned are not affected, and ending the offer does not shorten a trial already under way.
Extensions are added to your account automatically — there is no code to enter and nothing to claim. Once added, the extra days stay on your account until they are used up. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with another company’s trial, and cannot be exchanged for a discount or refund.
Using the website
Do not disrupt the website, bypass its security checks, submit other people’s details without permission or misuse referral links. Groovedesk’s brand and website materials remain owned by Groovedesk or their respective owners.
Product images and descriptions are previews. They do not promise immediate access or that every shown feature will be available at launch. Linked services have their own terms and privacy notices.
What we promise, and what we do not
The website and the waitlist are free and provided as they are. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise a launch date, an invitation date, or that any particular feature will ship.
We are not responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from the website or the waitlist. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, and nothing here limits our liability for bodily or moral injury, or for intentional or gross fault — Quebec law does not permit that.
Changes and governing law
We can update these terms. If a change materially affects the trial or the referral offer, we will email waitlist members before it takes effect. Staying on the list after that means the updated terms apply.
If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, and disputes go to the courts of the judicial district of Montreal. If the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally, or to rely on your own consumer protection rules, this does not take that away.
