1. Ownership of Intellectual Property All Notion templates, automations, workflows, and consulting deliverables provided by Recordhub Solutions ("Company") remain the sole intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Licensing & Permitted Use

• Purchased Notion templates grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within your organization.

• You may customize the templates for internal use but may not resell, share, or redistribute them.

• Custom-built workspaces and automations for Solo & Team Packages remain the property of the Company, with a perpetual license granted to the Client for internal business use.

3. Prohibited Use

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of our templates or custom work without written permission.

• Reverse engineering, sub-licensing, or modifying our proprietary automations for resale is strictly prohibited.

4. Ownership of Customizations

• Any modifications made by the Client to the provided templates remain the property of the Client.

• However, underlying structures, automations, and proprietary processes integrated by the Company remain protected under this agreement.

5. Attribution & Branding

• The Company retains the right to display a discreet attribution or branding within Notion workspaces unless agreed otherwise.

• Clients may request the removal of branding for an additional fee.

6. Violations & Enforcement Unauthorized use or distribution of our intellectual property may result in legal action. If you suspect a violation of these terms, please contact us at contact@groovedesk.io.
